This week we sat down with Probationary Firefighter Shannan Sharp. Shannan joined the fire service in August of 2019 and wanted to come on the show to talk about something that every volunteer or on-call fire department should be doing. Public outreach and information about what our members do for the community seems to be lacking in a lot of places. Listen to this episode as we listen to a new member’s perspective.
