053 – Nobody is Perfect
In this episode we have the whole team back together. We spend the first few minutes catching up. It has been a while since we have had a chance to talk about what is going on in our lives. We then went into the main topic of the episode which involved each of us to open up a little bit. We got a little personal in hopes to illustrate to our listeners that nobody is perfect. It doesn’t matter how much time you have in the fire service, what rank you hold or where you are in the world. We all have weaknesses. Today, we each dumped one weakness we are experiencing today in the fire service and discussed solutions to each weakness. We hope this provides some value to everyone who takes the time to listen.
