059 – Firefighter Wellness with Mark Lamplugh Jr.
Every firefighter will face tragedy and trauma at some point in their career. We need to know where to go when we need help as first responders. This week, Nick Hilton had a conversation with Mark Lamplugh Jr. about an online service for First Responders who need assistance. Below is a description of what Mark discusses in the podcast along with some links.
From the Lionrock Recovery Website: “Mark Lamplugh is a fourth-generation firefighter and former captain with the Lower Chichester (PA) Fire Company.
