117 – Radio Etiquette
Part of being a professional fire department is making sure you have professional radio etiquette. But proper communication on the radio also helps us do our job safely. Without the ability to understand messages over the radio we can get ourselves into some serious problems. This episode hits on the importance of proper radio etiquette both for those on the streets and those in the dispatch centers.
About Brotherhood Academy Radio
The Brotherhood Academy Radio is hosted by three fire officers from Southern Maine. We believe that through training, leadership and empowerment, it is possible to maintain a successful membership in your fire department organization.
