This week’s Wednesday Box Alarm brings up positivity again. It is so easy to get wrapped up in rumors, drama, gossip and negativity in your fire department. Where does all of this come from? What can be done to prevent it? It is time we all start figuring out how and when to influence positivity in our fire department. Negativity spreads, but so does positivity.
About Brotherhood Academy Radio
The Brotherhood Academy Radio is hosted by three fire officers from Southern Maine. We believe that through training, leadership and empowerment, it is possible to maintain a successful membership in your fire department organization.
